Hooligan's Steak & Ale is the first restaurant in our venue that you'll see when walking onto The Pier in OOB. It's an Irish Pub with a New England twist. We offer a full menu as well as a diverse, well-rounded assortment of beers. Our Signature Bloody Mary will take the edge off, and its garnishes will begin to fill your empty stomach.
